RE-CAP  Concrete Resurfacer (No. 113148) is a special blend of portland cement, sand, polymer modifiers and other additives. Designed to provide a shrinkage compensated repair material for making thin repairs to sound concrete in need of surface renewal. Can be squeegee, trowel or brush applied.

TARGET® Vertical Overhead (V/O) Repair Mortar (9991134) is a single component, polymer modified and fast setting mortar. It is a premixed product containing accurately measured quantities of hydraulic cement, graded sand, polymers and other admixtures. It is formulated for repairing of overhead and vertical surfaces. The ratios of the components are controlled to give a product with excellent adhesion; non-sagging, rapid strength gain and shrinkage compensate properties.

TARGET® Traffic PATCH Fine (9991177) consists of specially modified Portland cement and aggregates combined in closely controlled proportions to give a rapid setting material for the repair of concrete. The product meets the requirements of ASTM C928 for very rapid hardening concrete repair materials. The rapid strength gain properties are maintained at temperatures as low as 3 °C (37 °F). The product contains no calcium chloride or other admixtures likely to accelerate the corrosion of reinforcing steel. It is available in Fine and Coarse aggregate gradations. The TARGET® Traffic PATCH Fine incorporates polypropylene fibres and is intended for use in patches up to 25 mm (1 inch) thick. The TARGET® Traffic PATCH Coarse incorporates 30 mm long steel fibres and is designed for use in patches with thicknesses of more than 25 mm (1 inch).

Used For:

• It is designed for use as a repair material for cast-in-place or precast concrete where rapid setting and strength gain of the repair are required. Typical applications include patching of bridge decks, roads, curbs, sidewalks, parking decks and warehouse floors where the repaired area must be returned to normal service conditions within two hours of placing the repair mix.

• When mixed as directed, each 25 kg (55 lb) bag will yield approximately 0.43 ft³ (12.1 L) of repair material.

TARGET® SC100W (9991310) is a one-component, pre-packaged, cementitious mortar containing silica fume, latex polymer, polypropylene fibres and other admixtures designed to give a high strength, shrinkage-compensated mortar which is suitable for pneumatic application or by standard hand trowel placing procedures.

Used For:

• It is a high-performance mortar suitable for new construction and repair applications. Typical uses include vertical and overhead applications to bridges, piers, beams, tunnels, parking structures, water and sewage treatment facilities, pulp and paper process areas, petrochemical process areas, dams and marine structures.

Features:

• It requires only the addition of water to give a material with the following advantages:
  • Suitable for application using low nozzle velocity equipment or by hand trowel.
  • Low rebound compared to conventional shotcrete (gunite).
  • High early and ultimate compressive and flexural strengths.

TARGET® SC100D (9991312) is a one-component, pre-packaged, cementitious shotcrete containing silica fume, latex polymer and other admixtures designed to give a high strength, shrinkage compensated shotcrete.

Used For:

• It is a high-performance shotcrete suitable for new construction and repair applications. Typical uses include vertical and overhead applications to bridges, piers, beams, tunnels, parking structures, water and sewage treatment facilities, pulp and paper process areas, petrochemical process areas, dams and marine structures.

TARGET® Sacking Mix (9991105) consists of accurately weighed Portland cement, fine aggregate and admixtures. The product is designed to develop high bond strength when applied to cast concrete surfaces. It is normally used at a flowable consistency. In normal working temperature ranges 10 °C to 24 °C (50 °F to 70 °F) the mix will have a slight expansion prior to final set. It contains no chloride admixtures.

Used For:

• It is used to obtain architecturally acceptable finishes in cast concrete surfaces. It is used to patch and fill minor defects such as bug holes, honeycomb and segregation to provide a finish of uniform appearance. It is designed for application to exposed concrete surfaces such as columns, beams, walls, etc where uniformity of color and appearance are important.

Yield/Coverage:

• Each bag will cover approximately 15.3 to 20.5 m² (165 to 220 ft²) when mixed and applied as directed.
