FastSet HPC Repair Mortar (124723, 124724) Rapid-Set Repair Mortar is a high-strength, rapid-setting, polymer-modified, shrinkage-compensated repair material designed for vertical and overhanging structural repairs to concrete and masonry surfaces.

This product can be applied up to a maximum of 38 mm (1-1/2 in) in a single application. Its unique properties allow the user to shape the material during application. Use to repair concrete cracks, curbs, steps, prestressed panels, pipes, tunnels, sewers, loading docks, silos, retaining walls, culverts, catch basins, decorative moldings, bridge columns, parapets, septic tanks, cold rooms and virtually any vertical or overhanging concrete surface.

FastSet All-Crete HPC – Fast-setting anchor grout and repair mortar (158727, 158728) is a commercial-grade grout and repair mortar with high initial strength.

Used for:
FastSet All-Crete HPC is a dual-purpose product. As a non-metallic fluid grout, the product complies with ASTM C1107 and is used for anchoring and grouting anchor bolts, retrofitted reinforcing steel, steel column bases, bearing plates, precast concrete wedges and other installations requiring high initial and ultimate strength. The fact that it is non-shrink makes it stable and capable of withstanding load transfers. As a repair material, the product complies with ASTM C928 Type R3 and is used for partial or total depth repairs on roads, bridges, industrial floors and other concrete surfaces.

FastSet HPC Concrete Mix (158753) is a fast-setting, fast-hardening concrete.
Fast-setting, fast-hardening concrete mix. Ready for use within a few hours of final setting. Ideal for any job requiring rapid commissioning. Strength of 20.7 MPa at 3 hours and 48.3 MPa at 28 days.

Used for:
This product is designed to build or repair concrete driveways, highways, bridge decks, concrete parking lots, concrete floors and sidewalks. In most cases, traffic can resume a few hours after the concrete has set. Use at any thickness from 50 mm to 610 mm (2 in. to 24 in.). FastSet Concrete Mix has less shrinkage than ordinary Portland cement concrete. The addition of a corrosion inhibitor has no adverse effect on the product’s other physical properties.
